The machine is made of stainless steel plates ,capacity is 2000 liter /hour , for  milk &liquids pasteurization up  to 95 C0. The system  contains a holding  line of 250 liters capacity  and a  holding time of 5 minutes,  it’s also increase temperature  to optimal  level and then reduce it upon product type  , milk& liquids  pasteurization at 95 ° C and for 30 seconds which optimal for eliminate 90% of pathogenic microorganism  and make  food safe for consumption,

R\M 2000 L is equipped with thermal  and pressure sensors  to ensure optimum operation and reach the desired degree of pasteurization. In the event of malfunction, the machine will automatically cycle milk & liquids until they are properly pasteurized ,  give audible and visual signals for that action .

The machine is made of stainless steel, 3 inch inlet and 3 inch inlets, with special centrifugal stainless steel pumps, a flow meter  also for measuring quantities pumped to  pasteurizer,

The machine is equipped with a system for washing the place without the argument to decompose the pieces where the washing, sterilization and rinsing of the remnants of the materials that have been pasteurized, this system saves time and cost in cleaning and sterilization and increases the quality of products

it also could used   for production of 4-6 different dairy products which are , yogurt , labaneh , sour cream , dessert, drinkable yogurt and juices
