machine capacity is 1500-2500 cup /hour (double) cups , filling weight 200gm -900 gm , its has a holder for , a UV lit to sterilize empty cup prior filling cups , filling of products( inject Nitrogen gas prior sealing choiceabile ) and then it moves for sealing with the plastic film and cutting ,lastly it placed the PVC transparent cove on cups , in case no products machine will stop automatically ,a 20 liter balance tank with level gage to control product flow , an full electronic control panel to control machine movements , CIP system for cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces , pipes and valves without a need to displace them the fact that insure quality, reduce time and cost .
operation system is very easy , ordinary operational staff can start working with it and its very easy to maintain
all electrical parts are SEMMENS made and air is ABB , it also isolated by a transparent plastic cabinet
